What we collect

When you submit a lead form: name, email, optional phone, state, ZIP, boat context, stage and category, and UTM tags you arrive with. In this demo, leads live locally in data/leads.json — not a live partner handoff unless we say so.

How we use it

If you say yes, matching suppliers may email about your request. Optional phone/SMS consent only when you turn it on. We do not sell boat payment card data; v1 does not process vessel payments.

What we never do

• Charge owners a toll for Joy or cast-off tools — free forever
• Hide unsubscribe or bury consent in dark patterns
• Invent star reviews, fill a quiet slip with fake partners, or pretend Find them online cards are Boat Day bookings (Find ≠ founding)
